Amazing Benefits Of Mangoes For Skin
Hello Beautiful Ladies!!
Am sure one thing which must be common with most of us in the summers is the delicious fruit of the season – mango. I can’t just stop gulping them down once the season is in. Whether it’s the chilling mango-juice to beat the summer or the yummy mango pudding to satiate our craving, it is loved my one and all. Talking about its goodness, I would rather like to step to one of its unknown zone – the beauty zone. YES!! Heard it right. My talk of the day is about Amazing Benefits Of Mangoes For Skin.
Endowed with the richness of vitamin A and C, mangoes infuse anti-oxidants into the skin making it resistant to skin maladies. Presence of collagens in it, keeps the fine lines at bay and acts against premature symptoms of aging. So yes, keep some mangoes aside for your beauty treatment before you empty the basket.
If you are worried whether or not the mango face-packs will suit you because of your oily or dry skin, then don’t panic. These are suitable for all skin variants irrespective of your texture and type. So, let’s get set to explore the beauty realms of mangoes and imbibe the following tips of Amazing Benefits Of Mangoes For Skin in our regimen.
1. For Soft, Supple And Hydrated Skin:
- Ripe mango pulp
- 2 tablespoons of multani mitti
- 2 drops of honey
Smash the pulp and mix all to form a paste. Wash your face with lukewarm water and pat dry before application. Leave the mixture for 15 -20 minutes and rinse off with cold water (Don’t assume that it would dry completely unlike other packs). You can instantly mark the lovely difference on your face.
2. As An Anti-Aging Pack :
- Two slices of mango
- Raw milk
- A drop of glycerin
Blend the above ingredients and scrub on your face and neck. Let it sit down on your skin for 15 minutes. Wash with normal water. You will discover a fresh and invigorating skin underneath. The goodness of milk and mango together nourishes the skin and pumps glow in it.
3. For Tanned Skin :
- Pulp of a ripe mango
- 2 tablespoon besan/ Bengal gramflour
- 1 teaspoon honey
- A pinch of turmeric
Mix the ingredients properly and spread generously all over face, neck and other effected parts and scrub gently in circular motions. Let it dry and then wash off. You will indeed be happy with the results. This is a great and easy way to combat with the unwanted tannings. Just follow it for 2-3 times in a week.
4. If You Have Sensitive Skin:
- 2 slices of mango
- 2 teaspoons curd
- 2 Teaspoons Fuller’s Earth
Make a smooth paste and scrub on your face and neck. Once dry, rinse with cold water. Your skin will definitely feel good.
5. For A Home Made Refreshing Scrubber:
- Pulp of a ripe and refrigerated mango
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- Raw milk – 2 teaspoonful
- Honey – 1 teaspoonful
- Finely grated almonds – 2 teaspoonful
Mix all perfectly to discover the most effective and reliable scrubber and rub on your face and neck. Let the skin sip its benefits for good 15 minutes before you wash it off. A radiant, soft and bright skin will meet your eyes for sure.
